Authorization letter format Short Definition:
An authorization letter format is a type of letter that is proof that someone is liable for action on someone else’s behalf. For example, if a person needs to collect his most important document and he is out of town for some reason or he is ill and he cannot take his document then he can choose the person whom he trusts. Then he can authorize that person to collect his certificate on his behalf.
While writing this letter it is necessary to state its full reason and validity. Example, date, name of the person to whom it is written, details of the person authorized (such as name and identity), period of authorization letter and etc.
