Dear Sir,
I am the holder of an endowment Policy bearing number………. For the last few months, I have been getting Notices and Premium Receipts printed by computer. While issues of computerized Notice and Receipts are welcome, I am sorry to say that my name is missing in both the documents, though there is the Policy No. and the address.
It may be that to your office, Policy No. is only essential, but to issue Notice and Receipts to an addressee without his name cannot be the proper thing. I am afraid due care has not been taken; feed the input to the computer, and I request you to please ensure my name in the Notices/Receipts.
