It is for information of the all students that our next school tour has been decided to Darjeeling. It will be for a period of_________[No of Days]. The tour is expected to commence on_________[Date] at_________[Time]. It has been arranged by our school committee will leave for Darjeeling by Jeep and is likely to come back on_________[Date] by small train at_________[Time]. All the students willing to participate in the school tour are requested to assemble at the school premises at_________[Time] on the 7th January 2022. They are requested to carry with them their own luggage, water bottles, hot garments and etc. It must be noted that the participants should submit inoculation certificates to the undersigned. It is hoped that our school educational tour will be a happy and joyful one.
